Problem with EPS File

I can't seem to import this EPS file into Corel 12 as a vector. If I do it as
PS, PRN, EPS - Postscript Interpreted and convert to Curves it says Invalid File Format. If I do it as EPS, it will import, but not vector. Any advice?

I don't know why you would convert to curves as it already is a curves file.

I'm using X3 which may be the difference but I unzipped it and saved the eps file than imported it into Corel using the Pn prs eps filter. It just opened from there.
