SMC Freedom Pens Project Members,

To establish continuity in our program, we've decided on an official logo.
Branding is an important deal in this campaign--please be sure to use
this whenever interfacing with the public at-large.

I've provided a few general purpose graphics here as raster images.
The original is in vector (mathematical) form, so it can be reproduced at any size. The logos are provided large enough for any web usage here.
I've also included a .PNG file at the end, which maintains the transparency. Keep in mind, this .PNG file won't render properly in
Internet Explorer, and should be converted to another format after
using it.

If you need the logo for a particular medium (i.e. for print), or in a particular file format, just let me know and you'll have it ASAP.

Logos

The primary logo has several characteristics worthy of note. Foremost,
it contains the familiar trio of red, white, and blue. Second, you will likely
recognize the flowing Creek (!!). Third, the creek is doubled to accomodate our
coming together in support of this project. Last, the font chosen is a
handwritten, yet easy-to-read style. This embodies the primary objective
of the project, which is that we are providing writing implements with
which our troops may write home. The logo is roughly twice as wide as it
is tall.

This should get you started. More resources are to come. :)

All,

I'll make these to order. What I need to know:

1. What medium is the logo for? (Web, Paper, Plastic, Bulletin Board, etc.)
2. What size do you want it? (In inches or pixels)
3. What file format would you like it in?

4. For print media, what resolution do you need? (150, 250, 300, or 600 dpi/ppi)

I'll take a 300 DPI about 4 1/2" X 2 1/4" would be good for the flyer-
Gif, Tiff, BMP, whatever

PS: Let me know whenever you want to move the site over & what you need me to do for it.

Thanks

Aaron,

I could use the following sizes or as close to as possible JPG or PNG are fine....

6x6 300 DPI

8.31 300 DPI

5x2 300 DPI

3x5 300 DPI

I realize that that you can't make those exact dimension especially the 6x6 one since this is a rectangle :) If you can get them anywhere near that it would be great. Thanks..
