I have purchased a few items from them over the years.

Really not much to report. I ordered the items on-line and received them in a timely manner. Everything went as I would expect it to have gone.

I have had no need of their customer service department, so I can't really say how well they take care of problems, except to say that no problems have come up in my dealings with them.

Ive done buiness with them and thier predecessors for many years( they are part of Eagle America) never had a problem.
