It's a canon site, obviously for helping push printer sales, but there's some fantastic stuff on there. The models are all designed for paper, but would translate well to thin acrylic or wood with minimal modifications:

You might also want to look at http://papertoys.com lots of the files are pdf that come into coreldraw as vector, I made some quick Hummers for the 4 yr old twins, that kept them busy for a few minutes. (paper not a good material for toys for 4 yr olds):)
