This past weekend I told the LOML that I'd like to attend some of Lyle Jamieson's two day hands-on classes someday. She said "Probably better to do it sooner than later, right?"

A couple of phone calls later, I'm on the list for the next 2 day class. Talk about exciting -- both for the class and that the LOML is so supportive of my newfound addiction!

It might be a month or two, but boy am I geared up!

Sounds like a great opportunity. Lyle's an interesting fellow and a good turner and artist. Should be fun!

Can your wife call my wife and give her tips!!! My wife complains when I want to go to my mentor's house to learn for free.
