Fair results

Last week I mention that I was entering a pen and a bowl into the county fair. Well, today I went to see the results and I got a first prize for the pen and a second for the bowl. The first prize in the vessels category went to the overall show winner for an elaborate segmented handled roman-style pitcher, so I'm happy with the judges decisions. :D

Congrats, makes it feel almost worth spending $1000 on a pen!:D I can't wait till our festical as I have a few ready for it. Hopefully I will have the same rasults, but I also know who else will be entering.


My wife made that quip after I sold my first pen for $12. Hmmmmm almost makes up for the money you've spent, only need to sell 98 more to break even.:eek:
