It would appear that you can make 3 separate "boxes" and secure them together with the center box offset and higher than the other two.

The boxes do not have a top or bottom to them and the two outside component sides are angled (looks to be around 30 degrees or so). Experiment with scrap or even heavy cardboard to creat the proper angles. Heck, even drawing it out on paper should be enough!
