Hi: I have posted photos of three "Freedom" pens that I just turned.
The wood is oak (our national tree) and the corian was purchased as 4" squares from duPont.

I had a few chrome slimline kits to use.

I have made most pens from slimline kits using brushed nickel. I find that these are resistant to scratching or any other damage and wonder if they would be appropriate to use until the chrome kits begin to flow?

This is a great project and I have notified our woodturning group of it.

I would have placed the photos on this forum, but didn't know how to post photos
