I bought a copy of TurboCAD Deluxe 14 for use with my laptop using Windows Vista. I used the application a few times for a couple drawings.

I tried to open the program today and got an "Unhandled Exception" error. I have already sent an email to IMSI but don't expect a reply anytime soon. I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I have uninstalled using both the Windows uninstall and TurboCAD's uninstall feature and re-installed from the original disc.

I've tried changing DEP settings and "Run as Administrator" and run in Windows XP mode. I'm assuming this is a registry issue.

I really need to get this working soon--got lots of drawing to do so I have something to build.

Thanks,

Brian

Well that's not very useful. :(

I am still using TurboCAD 7.0 and have found support in the forums on their website.

You cound always uninstall TC and remove all instances of turbocad from your regisrty. Run regedit to get there. Make a backup first in case of future problems.

Do you have a system restore disk? This is quick and easy if you have not installed alot of software. Be sure to get all of your data first.

Good Luck...
