This is, I think the largest HF, definately the biggest mesquite piece, I've done to date. It measures 11-3/4" tall x 8-1/2" dia. The opening is 1-1/2". This piece has curl, eyes, flame and sapwood. This one really strained my 3/4" boring bar. I think a 1-1/8" boring bar is in order for any large pieces in the future. Comments/critiques welcome and thanks for looking.

I like it. Outstanding piece of wood. I like the shape with the very small bottom.

I haven't made a chip since July 7th, too much work, family stuff and lawn mowing, etc. I have about another week and a half to go and then life will get back to normal.
