Photobucket issues

Is anyone else having problems loading photos into threads from photobucket? I have had 3 threads I opened this morning that were supposed to download photos of work and the download hasn't worked.

What is this place called photobucket, and why do people use it? Is it supposed to be a reliable repository for photos? Well, if it is, it sure ain't today.

For those that have successfully downloaded the photos previously, it will probably be in your system's cache and you will not experience this. I am opening these threads for the first time.

Hmmm... at the moment Photobucket's site gives this.

"Photobucket Site Maintenance
Images and videos will continue to serve during this short maintenance."

Photobucket is simply an free (adware) image repository. You can store pics there and link to them from forums such as SMC.
