Well the grand kids are visiting (twin 3 yr old boys) and my better half is lobbying (nag has such negative connotations) , for me to make them a train set with the new Laser, (it will only take a few minutes ;). I have a little unimat lathe, but if anyone has plans for any simple train models, it sure would be appreciated. I found some nice plans at freetoyplans.com but I'm hoping someone has a simple cut out plan that doesn't require lath work.

Actually just a locomotive would be great, less work for me.

This one will work as long as you only select the outside outline to cut. Look at it in wireframe and you'll see what I mean. Sorry I don't have time to fix it up for you this afternoon.

That is perfect. When I get the pieces separated and tabbed so it all fits together I'll post it back so all can keep the kids happy for an afternoon. Thanks again
