Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone here has done business with Tool King: http://www.toolking.com/index.asp. They have the best price on th PC 7518 that I have found so far with free shipping. It's $279.99 plus $6 handling.

I've only been searching for a couple days but the best price I had found before this was $299.

If you've ordered from Tool King in the past and would recommend them or if you've had problems with them I'd like to hear about it.

I've been raising panels with the PC 691 and it's becomming a little tedious because I'm having to take 3 or 4 passes, so I'd like to get a router that's made for this sort of thing. I feel bad for making my little router work so hard. :(

Thanks.

Brian

Brian,

I have done business with them. They were good and quick. I can't say too much about the reconditioned product I purchased from them, but TK themselves were very good to deal with.

Brian, I ordered up a PC 9.6v, recon'd drill from them a while back. They were fast and the tool is all I expected it to be.

Bob,

You're absolutely right--I didn't see their special offer when I was checking prices. Thanks.

I bought the motor only from the PC 7518 to save a few bucks.

I think the part number is PC 7518-2...google that and see if you can save a few bucks by just buying the motor (if all you plan to do is "weld" it into your router table top).

Woodpecker's used to sell the motor only but I couldn't find it there now.
