Does anyone have any experience with Bosch router bits. I came across a pretty good deal on some, but I've no experience with them. How would you compare them to Freud or CMT?

Thanks...

If Pat reccommends them that would be good enough for me.

I've never used Bosch bits, but have a friend that really likes his rail and stile bits

The one bosch bit I have is pretty good, compares well with a similar freud bit I have.

I've had a couple of Bosch bits, and they are still in heavy use. Love 'em, but they weren't that cheap. I got 'em at Berland's House of Tools, and they were the right size and configuration for my needs. In retrospect, they have outlasted the bits from Woodline and Stewart MacDonald. I'll buy them again.

I own three Bosch bits. Lowes carries them locally and if you do not like them you can return them or exchange them.

Thanks for the postings and responses! I am gonna need one I don't have (bought one Bosch bit and thought it was decent), now I know where I can get them locally, in a hurry. (Lowe's is close to work)

I've used one and found it worked well. I'd like to say I had good luck, but turns out it cuts fingers well too. Mine came from Lowes. It was probably overpriced compared to mailorder, but a good last minute source. I probably could have bought the same Whiteside bit from Hartville cheaper.
