Fire Fighter's Logo Needed

Hey I am looking for a Fire Fighter's Logo. The below is the one I have done but I am not happy with it . . . yet?

I think you have done a good job on the logo. I would suggest three things to try:

1. rotate the whole thing 1 degree counter-clockwise.
2. make the outlines in the Maltese cross thinner
3. make the text in the cross all the same font size, kern ems and fire so they are a little more equal to rescue and arch them all.

I can't find my picture I worked from this JPG into Corel - I'll post it if I find it. This one's low DPI... The Corel version was better and re-sizable without losing quality.
