Hi -
I recently purchased the fingerjoint template for my Leigh D4R. I bought both the template and the carbide router bits. I have easily been able to make boxes with finger joints of several different widths without any problems. As normal, you need to read the directions and do a couple of trial joints but they boxes I made came out very well. I have tried both the regular size and what they term half sized finger joints. It is well made and works well. The variable guide bush makes it easy to make good fitting fingers. Its not cheap but it does work very well.

Hi Steven - I have had the Finger Joint template for about 5 years. It works extremely well with the variable guide bush. It is easy to use and has excellent instructions just like you would expect from Leigh.
