Occasionally I hafta build with laminate. One current customer showed me a bevel edge treatment she would like. I have done such edges before but the corner was a bit different. For the life of me I can't figure an efficient way to cut the corner. Help.

The beveled edge is mitered at 45 degrees but the face or dropped front has a small 22.5 degree three sided turn at the corner. Its not the corner shown on a popular bevel edge website. Sorry I can't provide a drawing or picture at this time. Any help or re-direct would be much appreciated. :D

I use a file to get the 45 in laminate when the router won't get in the little corners. Works great. Just don't get carried away cause it cuts fast.

A #2 mill file works great.
