This is my first goblet with a Celtic knot, thanks to Curt Fuller for the explanation on how it is done. 7 1/4" x 2 1/4" Walnut and Maple, antique oil and buffed. All critiques welcome.

I would try raising the "knot" up a little higher so that it is more centered on the cup portion. Other than that, it is fantastic work. Actually, it is fantastic work any way, but you wanted a critique. ;)

OTOH, I kind of like that it's not centered, and instead a bit below centerline. It'd look good either way, though no doubt.
Very nice goblet Ron, and very nice of Curt to share the technique.
