Here's a picture of some new rings I did today. They are titanium with reconstituted stone inlays. I love the look of some of this stuff. They have dozens of other stones to choose from too. Lots of experiments coming this way! :D

Very nice rings! I assume those were turned on a metal lathe. Was the stone turned and then fitted to the metal ring? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Gilbert, yes I turned them on a metal lathe, although the stone can actually be turned by hand. It's about 85% stone with an acrylic binder, so it's not that bad to turn. The stone was turned to be a hollow ring and fitted to the titanium ring. I added thin CA to fill in the seams and secure the stone better from shock. The stone polishes out to a nice glass finish.
