batch of home made Jalapeno poppers. It was hard to wait for them to get to any size . I love them and usually harvest around 25-30 lbs a year. These went well with supper tonight.

Jalapenos are great. You get the benefit of them twice.:D :D :D

Terry,
Could you PM me the recipe?......I've ordered poppers at restaurants before and have enjoyed them. (as long as they're not to hot! )

Also what kind of Jalapeņo do you use? (I'm a total novice....in fact I need the recipe so my wife can make them!! :o :D )

TIA

That's a lot of peppers. By the way, how many peppers did Peter Piper pick?

What is it?? All I see are little oblong shapes that look brown.

I like peppers but I haven't a clue what I'm looking at. Are they halved and stuffed ?? What?

You know the rule: "No recipe = it didn't happen."

Peppers are usually ready to pick when the skin at the stem end is firm and slick, and the pepper (bell, jalapeno, anaheim, etc) is firm to the touch. Hope all can pronounce the j word correctly. Hint it is not like Emeril says it.
