I have the base for my Plywood storage cart ready to glue up:

I decided that the plans I had for the end supports wasted to much room on the floor of the cart. I have done a search on four woodworking forums, seen ShopNotes, Wood, FWW etc.
Would you fine folks mind posting some pictures of your ideas for a lumber cart?

Thank you in advance

Mine is an A frame on 4 casters. It's a couple feet wide by about 8" long and stands about 4 feet high. Screw 'n glue 2*4s and plywood. It's real simple. Eventually I'll pit shelves inside.

I like your dowel set up. Do you make you own dowels?

Thanks Cliff,
The DowelMax is an awsome tool.
I have found a place where the prices on dowels are reasonable. I use so many of them it wouldn't do to try and groove them. Here are some sites for you to look at. (On my own web pages you can change pages at the top of each page.)

This is a corner counter I made for a sit down work station. I saved a LOT of lumber by being able to directly connect the boards together and you could park a 1956 Buick on this thing.

I am setting up a new shop. I have a great deal of 2X4 technology yet to complete. I will be using the DowelMax for all of my shop cabinets as well. It's amazing what that little critter will allow you to do!

No, I am not affiliated in any way. :)
