Hi, this is my first dresser. It took about 70 hours. It has three coats of Poly on it and im going to put a 4th on the top. Its all maple, with fiddleback on legs, top and door panels. The door panels I resawed and sanded down to 1/4 inch.
Thanks for your input on this for the lbevel underneath top an uero hinges.

Just two nightstands! Thats next.

I also forgot to mention I was able to use the same board for tops and bottom draws so the tops match each other in sequential order as do bottoms.

Love the dresser Craig. Maple is my favorite native hardwood, and the natural finish is beautiful. Nice mix of drawer sizes, very practical. Thanks for sharing. Bill

Not sure of these help or not.I put 3 pieces of 3/4 inch ply in between each draw on lower and sides and a skinnier piece of maple in between each draw and attached the slides to them. The draws were nothing special.O only had two weesk from start to finish, its was a few long days. Hey if she didnt like it I would of kept it!:D

That's a beauty, I especially like the legs. Are pulls for the drawers coming or is there some secret I can't see?

Open Sesamie :D

Now that mini van doors are powered, we will probably see powered drawer slides next. How hard could some kind of voice control be?

Of course the next thing I see is emergency cabinet maker calls because the client has to get at clean undies and the power is off.
