Having gotten a digital camera for Christmas, I decided to try to post a picture of my latest dust containment acqusition. The Leigh Router Vacuum Attachment is a major improvement over my previous broom and dustpan method. It seems to capture over 95% of the chips and dust when routing dovetails - well worth the $43 spend at Highland Hardware.

Drat! I *knew* I forgot something with my last LV order! So, it works well? I've got pretty decent dust/chip containment in the rest of the shop, but man, those dovetail chips can get you knee-high in wood particulate in no time! :cool:

Yup, it works great 'cause it puts the pickup right where the stuff comes off the spinning bit. You can use this attachment when doing edge profiling, too...it's not limited to the dovetail jig. It will also fit most routers--let Leigh know which machine you use so they can provide the correct kit for certain machines that are "different".
