Hi guys.
Here is a simple setup that we use to make parts.
Same method can be used with any router setup and a homemade tunnel.
Routing narrow moldings and small pieces can be done very safe and fast.

Real slick~!! Looks like Ultra High Molecular weight Poly Etheline for the fences..

I watched the video and couldn't help wondering how closely I could group projectiles over a 50 yard range if I climb milled with it.

Think of it. Load the spring loaded fence with good stiff die springs and line up a whole lotta little pieces and send 'em in in on the climb mill side in a rapid fire fashion. The neighbor's cat wouldn't be using the dust pile for a litter box any longer - Eh wot ?

With 2 stationary fences and climb routing/milling...
the router jumps off the rail.
With the right pressure applied, no problems on climb routing.
With not enough spring force,
your thoughts about the neighbor's cat is right on.:D
