Sorry, but I had to rob that title. It was just too perfect.

Here it is, up and running Powermetic 1150. This beauty is in pristine condition. It made a little noise when I picked it up, but a couple of quick adjustments has this kitten purring.

$300 and a little bit of my time.

Any Idea when it was made? Where's the lazar pointer:D I'm glad to have an indication of how long mine should last.:rolleyes:

I'm trying to figure that one out now. I don't think it is a 1966 model, they had only two handles on the VS crank that year according to the catalog. PM kept that two handle configuration from then on I think. That makes me think it is prior to '66, but not by more than a year or two from what I have found out. I haven't run the serial numbers yet.

That's a beautiful tool. Where did you get it? School sale? Craigslist? Fleabay?

I got it on Craig's. I put down a deposit sight-unseen. I like it.
