Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone can point me to somewhere I can get replacement screws for my super nova. The originals are getting buggered up. I tried two local hardware stores and though they had the mm6 screw the heads were too large to seat in the jaws.
I found two sites on the net that advertised the screws but neither one showed a price or how to order them.

Can't ya just grind the Dia. of the heads down a little bit? I've done that before when the head was too large to fit in the hole it seats in.

Steve,
Woodcraft sells replacement screws for the Nove Chucks. I believe they were around $12.00.

Steve if you have an automotive fasteners place where you live, you may be able to get them there.

Thanks all,
A couple of good ideas. I had actually thought about the grinder but $12 for eight screws will probably get me through my turning career.

I bought replacement screws for my chuck at a local fastener shop. Look for fasteners in the yellow pages and take them a sample. I bought a box of 100 for $16.
