For those folks who have reported problems with understanding the list of "users in chat" at the bottom of the SMC Home Page.
The list of "users in chat" is only updated when someone "enters" the chat room. Therefore if it appears users are there and they have left when you enter the "users in chat" list is updated and you will be shown as the only person in chat on that line. It is just an abnormality in the software.
The chat room is a SMC feature where you can get real time answers (sometimes :)) to questions and also a place to exchange ideas, etc. The software nly allows access to registered members.
