Congratulations, Phil...another milestone! Our partners are an important part of who we are and we should never underestimate the degree of understanding they have to have, especially about our little sawdust addiction! <G>

.......It's this house, Dennis. We are moving, after 28 years in the same place. The "new" home hasn't been updated since the 50's. It's overwhelming, to say the least. Walls, floors (all white oak), roof, kitchen, paint, yard, yada, and more. Some day I hope to post pics. Hope it aint from the graveyard :p I still read a little 'Mill. Thanks for askin'.

Way to go there, big guy! Well, OK, maybe it's more like, "Way to go!" for your wifey, but hey, good job, regardless! Best of luck to BOTH of you, especially in this very trying time of the big move!
