I set up my Incra miter 1000se with the sliding table. I bought this to do segmented cuts for turning. Once I was set up I realized it had the tiniest amount of movement in it. When I contacted incra they didn't even question my credibility. The made my replacment piece with the tollerances that I require and I recieved a replacement piece in 3 days. Now THATS customer service. I really appreciate their concern and promptness in resolving my issue. I own numerous tools made by them, including 2 fences and I feel they really strive for perfection. They get an "A" from me.
