Hi Y'all: This forum has many benefits in addition to the valuable tips, advise, and problem solutions, and the willingness of members to share knowledge, skills and designs. Nancy Laird shared clock designs after her and her husband did all the grunt work to get them laser ready. I pick up lots of information from the links posted. One of the links has wildlife photos that are really great. Only problem is that I haven't been able to figure out how to download the high res pics. I used my digital camera to snap pics displayed on my monitor screen. I posted a new album in my Picture Trail, titled "New Laser Stuff" if you care to take a look: http://www.PictureTrail.com/razaxnstuff I've gotten a lot from this forum, and looking forward to furnishing something back. A few of the pics have a lot of reflection and I'll replace them soon. Thank you all.

Ray, thank you for the plug! I've sent you a PM about posting pictures, but if you want to save copies of the pictures showing here, it's easy. Just right click on the picture, and you'll get a box with several options, including "save picture as.." Click on that, and you can save the picture on your own PC in your 'my pictures' folder or wherever you want to save them.

Like you, I have learned so much from this forum. I started with the laser forum, and have picked up all sorts of tricks and tips. But the "trouble" started when I got hooked on the turning forum. From being very satisfied turning pens, now I'm chomping at the bit to get to the lathe more often and turn out other spinny things.

Try using your print Screen (Scrn) button near the top right on most key boards. Paste it into your picture editing software (http://www.irfanview.com/) and crop the part you want to keep.
