This is a peice I cut from the top part of a crotch walnut log I was perparing for a hollow form. I thought the wood was to unique to trough away.

9" wide buff antique oil.

Awesome! I love the giant inclusion. I recently made a box elder bowl with an inclusion near the bottom and a club member called it an ice cream bowl for dieters. Looks like you've got one for the dieters too!

Man that's pretty Bob! Whenever I see a piece like this I wonder how many just like it went into the fireplace.
