custom inlay

Hello, wandering if anybody has used a company to produce a custom inlay. I am looking at a custom design to put in a coffee table. I nosed around the web, but most of what I found was for multiple runs, not a single inlay.

I don't make a big marketing thing of it, I'm really busy, but... if you have an idea of what you want.... better if you have art.
