I am looking for some plans on building an OVERARM PIN ROUTER simular to this site:

but would like to have some ideas about how to "beef" it up a bit. There was another one I found in the GOOGLES serch but it was not near as good a this plan from Pop Mech.
Any ideas from the gang!!!!!!
