Black Cherry

Small hollow form finished up this weekend. Ended up about 6" wide and a little over 5" tall. Turned thin and burned a collar on it. Tryin' to use up a bunch of small dry pieces I have in the shop.

Pete, I actually used Seal-a-Cell on this one. I only used two coats and I think two more would not have hurt it any.

What a beautiful piece... the shape is just perfect - really round with a small foot! Almost looks like it is floating! I also like the rim detail... adds a lot! Great work!
