This is my first try thanks Noah and Tom I can't figure out the file extension?

One step that is often overlooked is that after you click manage attachments you browse your hard drive to find the file then click "add this file" -- -

but then you have to wait a second till the file shows up underneath the browse field - oncce it shows up then click the all done button.

Also don't preview your post after you attach the picture - not sure if this bug was fixed in the upgrade but do your editing before you attach the picture.
