Nice turnings, Thomas - especially the box! That's some nice burl, for sure. What size are those pieces?

Sorry for the late reply. My wife and daughter kicked my son and I out for the weekend so they could have a girly sleepover. Both pieces are about 3 1/2" tall. They are both finished with a soaking in watco for a couple hours. After dried, they were buffed with the Oneway system. I had no idea what the wood was going to look like when I chucked them. I'm really please at the figure in the wood. It distracts from my fledgling turning. Thanks for the kind comments!

Thomas thats a sweet little box. I have a small piece of burl I have been saving for something. Now I know what to do with it.
