Now I can start looking for a job so I can buy some of these tools I been talking about and so I can get back to woodworking. I really like to thank u guys for ur support. Congrats Charles! The LOML got hers a year before our oldest son graduated from HS. Just for the record......I'm getting ready to retire in 2 years and I'm constantly learning....taking courses.....Education ...learning is a never ending process...even woodworking...always learning!

Way to go Charles! My son is working on his right now. I hope he does that well, too. Looking forward to seeing your work. Just like Ken said, life is continual learning, but now you can choose your own subjects to study.

Congratulations. When I used to hire people, we would often choose people with a GED over people with a high school diploma. A GED shows that you are willing to make an effort on your own to do something difficult when the world is working against you. Often a high school diploma just says that you sat in a seat for four years.

Good Work Charles, and Congratulations!! Be proud of your accomplishment. Be patient, as you were, work hard, as you did, and things that once did not seem possible, are possible, as you have proven. Again, Congratulation, good luck, enjoy your accomplishment, and post those pics as they become available. Regards, Bill

Good for you Charles! Never too late to learn; I went back to college at age 38, graduated at 40. Those "college kids" sure looked younger than I remembered from my first go-round. lol
