House warming gift.....

I am helping a good friend of mine move this Saturday into his new house. I know his wife drinks wine so last night and the night before I made this wine bottle holder for her.

He has already asked me to help him make new kitchen cabinets out of Oak so I thought I would make this out of Oak so it will match the future renovation.

Seriously, it's also a good idea to do something like this as a nice sample of the species and finish one might use on a larger project!
