I need to bore holes on a 10 degree angle on 1x4 stock. Can someone please help me to visualize a jig that would hold the 1x4 stock at the right angle so that the holes can be bored straight.
Thanks

Can you tilt your DP table to 10 º? How about cutting a 4X4 on chop saw at 10 º....go down couple of inches and cut regular 90º.
That's the omly two ways I can think of off the top of my head.

Take a look at this.

This was designed to drill pocket holes at 15*, but it can be adapted for 10*.

I use use another piece of wood clamped to the drill press table as a stop and set spacing using a small diameter bit. Then tilt the table and your done. Couldn't hurt to clamp down the piece your drilling into also.
