With the passing of my Step Dad a couple of weeks ago my Mom has asked me to help her go through some of his things. The tools and like I have an idea of values ( I think most of them came from me over the last 39 years ) but he had an old Colt Woodsman 22 that is like new in the original box with the bill of sale from 1960 and all that came with it. I have searched the internet and found a lot of info on it but no way as to REAL value or how to go about selling it. Anyone have any ideas ? As you can tell, I am not of a gun person, so any help ? Thanks

Scott,

gunbroker.com currently has 53 auctions for Colt Woodsman. I don't know the laws in your state, but you might consider selling it there. Hand guns are easier to sell than buy if you do not have a FFL.
