Sorry, thought everyone was on my wavelength. I see them at places like Wild Bird Unlimited, The Farmers market in Raleigh, NC. Different people make them. Some sell for $300. and up.

Well I can certainly understand how a guy would get so much time wraped up into makeing a bird house, I had plenty of hours into the small one I built. I just didn't think people were willing to pay $300 for one. I looked at the site you posted and I'd say he really puts some time into those.
