Natural edge mallee burls

The small one is 6x1.5
The winged bowl is around 12x7x3

Finish is poly/oil then buffed.

Two great bowls Howard. I hate to compliment a man on his bottom but the detail and wings are very complimentary.

Beautiful work Adam! I like the natural edge bowl but have to admit that the winged bowl is an absolute work of art! Love it!

I have never done a bowl, but I really like winged bowls. This one, in particular, is most beautiful and very impressive. I'll bet you have to be very careful with those "wings" flying around on the lathe!

Wowwweeeee - that winged piece is amazing. Shape and finish look great and I especially like the contrast between the darker red burl and lighter 'feathery' opposite wing.

One criticism - That bowl stand detracts from the beauty of the winged bowl!!!:)
