I want to make an entertainment center kind of like the one linked to below. If you look at it, the center bookcases are suspended from sliding hardware that allows them to be moved out of the way to access and see the television screen. I saw the entertainment center at Hardwood Artisans, a cool store up in Northern VA. The guy said that the hardware is made by Hettich. I noted that it differs from regular sliding hardware because there's wheels on both sides of this hanging deal that the bookshelf is suspended from.
