Color Filling

Any recommendations on multi color filling/engraving. I have a customer that wants engraved name tags but the logo requires 2-3 colors. What is the best procedure to make it easy? Thanks in advance to all the great people on this forum.

Tedious job but does work.

Before starting apply some masking tape to a scrap of anything laserable. On the file do a very slight countour on each color, say .005, then cut the coutour shapes out of the masking tape and set aside.

Now go ahead and apply transfer tape to your name badge plastic, and engrave/cut them.

When finished, cover the text with masking tape, use tweezers to apply the precut masking tape to all of the logo but the color being filled. Let dry, then repeat for the other colors.
