We'll all learn whether the boob suing the cleaners for $54,000,000.00 will be leaving court smiling.

He's a judge who should be removed from the bench, because if he doesn't have the common sense to - don't get me started...

I feel the need to organize my weapons again.

I guess we'll see how much power a judge actually has in a court of law, especially when he's on the receiving end. lol. But to reiterate my statement, I always thought to some degree they were always on the receiving end....let your imagination go wild....lol.

I think we need a new law. If you sue somebody and you lose, you have to pay HIS lawyer too. I guess we would have to make a law against settlements too though. Make it an all or nothing deal. Might get rid of a few of these stupid lawsuits.

Oh no...the lawyers doing this would be traitors to their profession

Isn't that the way it works in the UK? There needs to be a tort system but there also needs to be a price for perverting it IMHO.

And he cried on the stand about his pants! What a loser! This is why the justice system is so hosed. They let this one go to trial.

Well, it's over, and the judge lost his pants and his suit and his money---in attorney fees. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/19414287/

I'd be surprised if he didn't appeal. He deserves a punch in the nose.

I don't know, no one, even the lawyers, are on his side. That has to be putting some serious pressure on him.
