Tom

I have the 0523 pump which is what most of us use. Check the Gast site. http://www.gastmfg.com

Sorry I can't answer your question but my memory serves you need to have some CFM at the upper pressures (1-5). Anyway, I have this pump and you will like it. You can get them cheap off of ebay. I paid 69 for mine and got this one.

Comes with filters and everything. I did get a pump that needed to have the vanes replaced and that cost me 45 dollars, but the seller split it with me since she didn't know.

Tom, it's my understanding after talking to a lot of people and reading on the subject that you want to move a fair amount of air-in the 3-5 CFM range. This should be adequate to overcome leakage in lines, porous wood and things like that. Good Luck! I'm still trying to find time to get mine together.
