Recieved an incorrect order from Rockler (which they fixed immediatly), however the item they sent me that was incorrect was a 3/8 router collet for PC. What is a 3/8 collet for? I've never even seen a 3/8 bit, so who would need a collet like this?

I have a couple of 3/8 collets for my PC’s, they come in handy (at least for me) when using machine shop type end mills. You can get end mills in many different sizes that have a 3/8 shank, not so with router bits.

James, like Bruce said, and my Katie Jig bits use 3/8" shanks. Can't you get them for the Leigh also?

I'm with Bruce on the 3/8" collet and using end mills for routing, especially pattern routing.

Are 3/8" collets available for other routers as well? I don't think I've seen them in any of the catalogs I have.

Keith, all I know about is DeWalt. They don't off them for the 621 or 625. When I ordered the Katie Jig, it came with bits and a 3/8" bushing.
