View Full Version : 3520B from loose wires to plug/socket - Need Elec. advise

All,

I have a new 3520 that I'm ready to fire up. I have 230V 20amp wall outlet. I have three wires on the end of the PM motor (green, white, black). The plug that fits the wall socket has a green terminal (ground) and two brass terminals which are not marked. Does it matter which terminals I connect the black and white wires to?

The two hots (white & black in your case) can go to either hot terminal on a 240v plug. The green is always ground.
