I am a real symmetrical kind of guy. This turning is a departure from my normal style. I turned this apple confetti lamp on a whim a couple years ago. After I turned the piece it morphed into the final shape. It is about 1/8" thick. I finally got around to finishing it last month. A lot of hand sanding then two coats of Rockler Gel Polyurethane.

I am refining my photo booth. Taking pictures is not my favorite thing do.

Thank you for looking.

Well

Upside down it looks like a hat that never had its brim trimmed.

Right side up it's a classic just like my violin.

Or was that me......

Step back from the violin and nobody gets hurt.

At least it is a classic in some respect.
