I got tired of the dog walking by and knocking all of my goblets over with his tail. And I got tired of hearing the cats knock them down in the night. (can you tell who rules my house?) So I made a rack to hold some of the goblets I've made. It was made from a flat board but it's all turned with the exception of the holes to hold the goblets. 4 pieces, bottom, spindle, top, and knob. Walnut about 9" tall and 9" diameter.

Thanks to Tom Raymond of the Maine Woodturners for the inspiration for this and to Andy Hoyt of the Maine Woodturners for their great website where I saw this idea.
